Had a rumbling sound issue coming from the LF on my truck. They found a lose skid plate thinking that was the issue. It wasn't. It made the same noise on my way home from picking it up. I had to juggle a bunch of things to get it there and looked at plus getting dropped off to to get it. The issue wasn't fixed. I scheduled for them to look at it again and asked if they could pick it up since I work 10 minutes down the road but they couldn't. I also asked if they looked at again could they work with me on the bill, they said it depends what it is. I canceled the appointment and will take it elsewhere

Car taken good care of as usual. While there, they noticed my inspection could be done. So, they asked me if I wanted that done too. I said, of course, as they are saving me a trip back. I appreciate their attention to details like this. Thanks.

Communication was great. Outten also made sure to discuss plans with me regarding my vehicle. Most dealerships seem like they don't care and just pressure people into things. This was not like this at all they asked a bunch of questions and made sure I was ok with everything before they started working on the vehicle.

Always so pleasant to go to Outten Dealership in Hamburg! Very professional and always so kind.

Had an appointment and when I pulled up I was greeted right away. I was told the vehicle would take a few hours to repair(which I knew in advance). Was able to use the courtesy shuttle to take me home while repairs were being made. Later I received a call stating my vehicle was ready and if I needed a ride they would send the shuttle(which I did). Everyone at the dealership was courteous and pleasant. Everything was explained to me and I left knowing I’d be back for any service I needed in the future. Thanks for making it easy!

Well they rotated & balanced the tires fixed the shaking/vibration problem. Didn’t fix the radio or the door over the gas cap said there’s nothing wrong with it. I’m not very happy with there decisions with the door over the gas cap or the radio after showing the technician what was going on with both the problems.

I had an engine overheating problem and I had to leave my vehicle. Eve in service explained everything and said it could be a couple of days. When I arrived two hours after my phone call Eve greeted me and again went over what was going to happen and provided me with a loaner vehicle. I was told to see Mary for the keys and paperwork. She had everything ready for me and I was on my way in 10 minutes. My vehicle was ready in a very timely manner. Great service from everyone.

Took my truck on time, I was out the door within 1hr to 1hr15mins.

Made appointment online for my 1 year first free inspection. Got there and they had no record of my appointment. This is second time my appointment wasn’t in the book and the first one was for a free oil change and I made this one actually talking to someone with a phone call. I ended up paying $51 for my FREE inspection even with a $10 off coupon. I realize the emissions wasn’t included but I could have gone to my regular garage who does both inspections and emissions for $39. So I won’t be coming back next year. The service was fine but not at that price and schedule mishaps.

Customer service is decent. The wait wasn't long at all, just an oil change. No extreme length to it. All in all never had a bad experience getting service performed here. Four stars instead of 5 because there is " always room for improvement". Thanks

Took my car to have a new seat cover installed. The wait time was going to be much longer than expected. Jody, my service tech offered a shuttle ride back to my RV and also shuttled me back to retrieve my vehicle. First oil change went efficiently and service department was personable.

The service advisor checked on replacement tire pricing for tires appropriate for my Bolt. This will allow me to coordinate this purchase with the annual state safety inspection. The Outten staff always makes me feel good about having selected their facility back in November of 2017 for my then new all electric Bolt.

Unlike some other dealers, Don really understands EVs and was able to answer all of our questions with confidence. During the purchase, we noticed a small factory defect on the vehicle. Don and the Outten team immediately addressed it and assured us their body shop would handle the repair at no cost. He got my registration renewed and inspection completed with my oil change so that I didn’t have to come back for another appointment. Why should I take the time to complete this survey when the last time I had a complaint NO ONE bothered to call me or talk with me about it. I'm not doing it again. The only reason I still go back there is because I purchased the 10 free oil changes when I bought my new car. When they are up... you will never see me again.

Everything went well. When I heard I had to pay $14 for what I was told was a free inspection when I purchased my vehicle. Another car in my family that was purchased at another Chevy dealership in 1917 had a free inspection after my vehicle was inspected. I hope the $14 charge was worth it because I will not be returning to Outten for any more new vehicles.

As always the staff was friendly and very helpful1 Also I need to give a shout out to Jim Sophy for helping me get in so fast. I was on a trip and needed an oil change fast once I got home. I contacted Jim from Florida and the dealership was able to get me in the Saturday after we returned home. I was at 45% when we left for Florida and when I pulled into the dealership I was at 5% to close for comfort.

I was super pleased with Outten service!. I'll start with Eve who is always courteous when answering the phone and setting up service. My 2018 Equinox just stopped accelerating and died. Eric took oversight of my car so professionally. The service tech was very polite...sorry I didn't get his name. The cashier, Mary, was so friendly, and, again was professional. It was raining outside and I had various items in my hands since I was changing back to my car. She gave me a plastic bag in which to put everything! Then, as I was standing at the service exit door, Jodi came over with a large umbrella and walked me out to my car. I know she got wet because she made sure I was fully covered!!! Thank you so much!!! And God bless all.

Brakes were squeaking & was told it would be another $175 to grease them. Considering I was spending $750 for tires & alignment & just spent $500 end of July for brakes would have been nice to have offered to do it as a courtesy since I am a long time customer.

Was not happy that a notice on the Shift to Park is a known GM failure that was not covered under warranty, or by GM, since it’s their failure. And the service department did not make it a one-stop shop by filing a claim for me to remedy the situation. Also, there were codes that showed up one of which was a tire sensor issue that was not addressed during the visit which I was told would be addressed by the new service rep. So now I have to schedule another appointment to deal with the tire sensor that’s not functioning correctly. The service department is usually excellent and takes very good care of me. But things did not seem right that day and having an inexperienced service rep did not help the situation.

Center entertainment screen was scratched in multiple places upon pick up. They weren't there prior. The location is basically in the middle of the screen and extremely noticeable. Would like this resolved as soon as possible.

I was asked if i wanted an alignment with my new tire purchase and i said no. The next day i owe over $200 and was charged for an alignment. When i asked them to review cameras they said it doesnt matger because it doesnt record audio. Did not try to resolve the issue. Only told me i csnt get my car until i pay it.
